Over thirty years ago, this land belonged to a young family who lovingly planted the pine trees and raised their children here. When it came time to sell, their hope was to find buyers who would not only cherish the land but also raise a family of their own. That hope was fulfilled in 1994 when the Holmgren family arrived.
